The minecart itself can recieve goods from all relevant workshops in the fort, the general stockpile next to it, as well as any other stockpiles I want to feed to the minecart. Important to set the trackstop to dump to the left during construction where the recieving stockpile is. No conditions, no bins, and 2 tiles with 1 wheelbarrow made the general stockpile work.
